An off-grid week hosted by a two-time world champion
One week in a mountain house, far from everything. Chopping wood, well water, the forge, the river — and hikes that start before the sun.
Seven days. Six nights. Eight people. All levels.

Not for everyone
In the past boxing camps, I was always worried I wouldn't have enough people signing up. This camp totally changed my focus — I just want to attract the right people, my people, people who will appreciate the beauty of nature and with whom I can truly share a piece of my heart together on this adventure.
This is not a luxury retreat. There's no room service, no perfect comfort, no sleeping until noon. It's the mountains, early mornings, training when the sun rises, cold river swims and long evenings around the fire.
Why it works
Not quite a retreat. Not quite a boxing camp. Not quite anything else. We're not a wellness brand with a programme to sell — we create the conditions. What you do with them is yours.
01
Eight people, no more. Nobody can hide, and nobody has to perform. By day two it stops feeling like a group of strangers.
02
You decide what you join and what you sit out. The only obligation is to have fun — everything else is an offer, not a schedule.
03
No forced sharing circles, no scripts, no ice-breaker games. The fire at night does what no facilitator can.
04
Hills, river, weather and wood to chop. A week of actual physical days — the kind your body remembers and your mind has been missing.

It already happened
This isn't a concept — we ran two full weeks this summer. Eight people at a time came for the boxing and left with calloused hands, forge-smoke in their clothes and a week of sleep they'll talk about for years.
"I came to this camp with very limited boxing experience, hoping for a fun week and an adventure. It exceeded all my expectations! The training was challenging but always fun — Marija is able to tailor the exercises to everyone's ability. The excursions were so special — an experience unique to Marija as a coach, with personal touches ranging from homemade food, to meeting/training with her family, and having a true Croatian experience. Additionally, due to Marija's positivity and infectious joy, as well as the new friends we met at camp, the week was also super fun and we were laughing all the time! Highly recommend and would definitely like to go again."
"It was amazing being up in the mountains enjoying the fresh air and beautiful scenery while doing some boxing training. The week was very well planned full of fun and interesting activities. I had a great time hiking, quad biking, canoeing and blacksmithing. I was surrounded by good food and wonderful company. It was a truly memorable experience."
"The camp flew by but somehow seems endless: I keep finding myself smiling at memories. Overall I think the camp was well organised, fast paced but still balanced. It was a perfect program to be 'in the moment', clear the head and focus on the experience. Apart from the excellent coaching — I really appreciated the amount of feedback and corrections on technique — I found the biggest added value Marija's authenticity and openness to share her local experience and network. Very thankful for that extra layer of personality, couldn't have wished for that before joining."
"Svilaja Tribe was an amazing experience, combining both nature and boxing. The location was scenic but accessible from Split. The crew was knowledgeable and generous in sharing the local knowledge. I would rate the knife making workshop as my favorite activity. Absolutely amazing camp."
"I had a wonderful time at the Svilaja Tribe. I loved the location, the wonderful care of Marija and Tamara and the exciting car rides to and from the mountain. I loved the morning trainings — they give you a good start of the day, the feeling you accomplished something big and can do everything. I would definitely recommend it, it is a great experience that gives you so much mental strength."
